We want to reward those instructors who dedicate their time to teach others. We call this reward an Honorarium and it includes the following:

For 1 class taught in a year:

  1. Free membership renewal for 1 year
  2. Additional BBST® classes for free
  3. 25% off any Conference Package (CAST or TiCCA) for this calendar year or next

For 2+ classes taught in a year:

  1. All the above
  2. 100% off any Conference Package (CAST or TiCCA) for this calendar year or next

When a BBST instructor has taught 8 times in total, (s)he will receive a Champion membership.

Effective from January 2024, AST would also offer below benefits for its instructors on top of the honorarium above. 

    - Lead Instructor  (honorarium - 200 USD per class)

   - Ast. Instructor (honorarium - 50 USD per class)

 

AST Coordinator Honorarium

We want to reward those coordinators who dedicate their time to help our instructors. We have a need for a limited number of coordinators who run the behind the scenes of our BBST® Community Track classes.

For 1 class coordinated in a year:

  1. Free membership renewal for 1 year

For 2 classes coordinated in a year:

  1. Free membership renewal for 1 year
  2. 25% off any Conference Package (CAST or TiCCA) for this calendar year or next

For 4 classes coordinated in a year:

  1. Free membership renewal for 1 year
  2. Additional BBST® classes for free
  3. 100% off any Conference Package (CAST or TiCCA) for this calendar year or next

When a BBST® coordinator has coordinated classes 10 times in total, (s)he will receive a Champion membership.

Effective from January 2024, AST coordinator would get an additional benefit on top of the honorarium above with some changes in role/responsibilities. 

- AST BBST Manager ( honararium - 300 USD per year)

  • The Lead instructor decides if he/she thinks you contributed in good sense as an assistant instructor to reward you.
  • The obtained credit has a duration time of one year. If credit is obtained at March 18, 2019, it is valid up until March 17, 2020.
  • While we try to automatically renew each volunteer for membership, ultimately it is up to the individual to ask for and see that this is done.
