So I stumbled across this link…..

Kirk McDonald, President of PubMatic, discusses the need for American college students to understand coding and how that will affect their eventual job search. He speaks on Bloomberg Television’s “Market Makers.”

It seems to me that McDonald places a lot of emphasis on the fact that Grads should be upskilling technically to keep up with how technology is advancing.

What do you think? Do you think he’s justified in saying to grads that he’s probably not going to hire them (presumably because he think they’ll lack the skills his company is looking for)?
